This time efficient service allows callers to select their desired destination, enabling self-service, while freeing up your busy staff from handling repetitive tasks. Calls can route to staff, or route to voicemail services, as default, or as an overflow in busy periods. Clear voicemail indicators on both desk and cordless phones alert staff of new messages. Departments selected through the Auto Attendant retain the same identification/branding as direct dialed calls so staff are aware of the call type when presented e.g. Financial Law will appear on the desk phone, and/or PC screen.
The Law-Call Attendant can be programmed in advance, for time of day and day of week control e.g Bank Holidays.
