Law-Call Emergency Route

This facility can be combined with the Out Of Hours service, allowing calls to be routed to a hunt group comprising of multiple Users. The call will ring all Users within the group including those forwarded to mobile etc. Should an Emergency call route to the group and a User be on forward to mobiles where mobile voice mail cuts in, then the call will remain calling other Users in the group until an answering User enters a designated code via their phone’s keypad. All such calls will be recorded within the Business Management software, should recording be activated for this service
