Hot Desking

Staff who are always on the move within Chambers are able to login to any desk phone which is designated as a hot desk device or login to a desk phone at home. Alternately they could login to their PC or Smartphone Softphone application, if they had forgot to logout of a desk phone the alternate desk phone or Softphone login process will logout the User from the previous desk phone.

Law-Call hot desking enables the Users personal profile to appear on the chosen device including call barring restrictions.

This method of working is often adopted when staff wish to login to common phones such as meeting rooms or hot desk areas, when logged out their personal settings and call history are removed.
