Law-Call allows for the Operators and Receptionist to utilise a phone that best suits the Practice and their preferred way or working. From a simple desk phone with additional side units to showing each Users’ call status by key and lamp working is ideal. Alternately the User may prefer to have the telephony features available via their PC screen.
For larger practices the Law-Call Operator Console software adds an additional level of functionality where the Operator/Receptionist can see and manage the Users phone, including:
