Out Of Hours/On Call/Duty Solicitor

Law-Call offers the ability to route calls by time of day and re-route the call destination out of hours. Calls on main numbers can be routed to voicemail, with the option to receive office hour information, or the ability for the caller to leave a message. In more severe situations e.g. where an on call Duty Solicitor may be required, the system can route calls to external numbers/destinations using the Law-Call Emergency Route facility.
