In addition to Hot Desking, Law-Call allows you to be available on multiple devices at the same time. Law-Call’s roaming profile allow a user to have three business phones – typically desk phone, smartphone and pc softphone. Incoming calls will ring all three devices so staff can choose which one they take the call on. Outbound calls can be made on any device, and its simple to quickly transfer an active call between your devices too.
